Grace Capital offers a premium wholesale financial product designed to deliver a 10% annual return to investors. Lending activities are secured by substantial property securities, which may include first or second registered mortgages, and are further supported by guarantees.

Investment Criteria

Grace Capital’s investment opportunities are exclusively available to wholesale investors who meet the criteria outlined in Schedule 1 of the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013. Eligible investors include:

  • Relatives of the company's directors

  • Close business associates of the company, its directors, or senior managers

  • Individuals investing a minimum of $750,000

  • Investors who qualify as investment businesses

  • Large investors with net assets or a consolidated turnover exceeding $5 million over the last two financial years

  • Other investors meeting an exclusion under Schedule 1 of the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013
