Investment Criteria

Investing in the Grace Capital Commercial Property Fund is open exclusively to wholesale investors who meet one or more of the criteria outlined in Schedule 1 of the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013. These criteria include:

Individuals investing a minimum of $750,000
