Investment Criteria

The Grace Capital Mortgage Fund is open exclusively to wholesale investors who meet the criteria outlined in Schedule 1 of the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013. Eligible investors includer:

Relatives of the directors of the Company
Close business associates of the Company, its directors, or senior managers
Individuals investing a minimum of $750,000
Investors who qualify as investment businesses
Large investors with net assets or a consolidated turnover exceeding $5 million over the last two financial years
Other investors meeting an exclusion under Schedule 1 of the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013
