Funds are pooled and managed by the General Partner (GP) on behalf of the Limited Partnership (LP) or Fund company, in alignment with the lending and investment policies outlined in the Limited Partnership Agreement or Investment Agreement. Investment Criteria

Investment in Grace Capital Growth Fund is available only to wholesale investors, including eligible investors. The minimum investment is $100,000, which may be adjusted on a case-by-case basis.

Eligible Investors

An eligible investor must certify that they have the necessary experience to assess the merits of an investment in the LP, including evaluating the risks and value of Partnership Units, determining their own informational needs, and judging the adequacy of information provided.

Wholesale Investors
